At The Buyers & Sellers Club, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, items should be sent to provided account
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.
We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making your return request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as stated above:
• The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us via email.
